German steel helmet M40 has been found in 1,5 kilometers from the river Don, near the village Baybaev. The exact place of discovery of helmet - South of the village Baybaev, near the river Tishanka. Nearby were found many shell fragments. Therefore, the helmet has a lot of damage in the occipital part.
