German steel helmet M35 from city of Kalach-on-Don

The helmet was found on the banks of the Don river near the city Kalach-on-Don (Stalingrad region). The helmet has a white stripe on the back side. This is done so that the soldiers are well seen of a commander in battle. On the helmet has the signature of the owner.
