Posteitaliane (italian postal service), once the shipment arrives in Italy for duty clearance, usually do some random controls, if your shipment will be checked you don't have to worry, you'll not lose it but you will be asked by the Custom Clearance Service to fill a document and to prove that you bought the item online. You have to fill the paper and send it back (by email) to them both with a payment proof (pdf of the paypal page). After that they will calculate the import duties and you'll have to pay at the postman the amount. This Because Russia unluckily is not in the EU.
The message you'll receive by tracking the shipment on posteitaliane. It will be "MISSING INVOICE" "fattura mancante".
