The story of this lot is unique. In March 1942, a Heinkel Ne 111 was shot down in the forests of Leningrad. The crew is partially known – Saunus Karl, Meyer Siegfried, Weinholtz Joachim. Both plates were removed during the excavation of this aircraft.
