Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days after confirmation. Shipping is done by EMS Express service (emspost.ru) or Russian Post — reliable and fast; on the day of dispatch we provide a track number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery time depends on the country — for example, shipping to the U.S. takes on average 10–12 days.

Shipping cost examples: delivery of one or more helmets to the USA costs $50 regardless of the number of helmets in the parcel; small items (badges, dog tags) cost considerably less. The exact shipping cost is calculated for your order and included in the invoice we send by e-mail.

We provide quality packaging for every parcel. Once the package is sent and the track number is issued, buyers track their packages on their own; if there is a delay, let us know and we will file a search application with the postal service — this usually helps. We are not responsible for the work of postal services.
