Wehrmacht helmet M42 / from Königsberg

The Heer M42 helmet was found in the village of Waldau (Konigsberg). The helmet was found while plowing a vegetable garden in a private house on the outskirts of the village. In the first photo, you can see what he looked like when he was found. The owner of the house also said that he sometimes found identification plates in his garden with the inscription “J.R.” (infantry regiment). Apparently, there was a defensive line on the outskirts of this land (the Battle of Konigsberg). The buyer will be provided with the exact coordinates of the place where the helmet was found.
